Pastor Tim continues in the Book of Revelation in a message and study from Chapter 3 titled: The Dead Church That Thinks It's Alive. The church in Sardis was brimming with activity and sound teaching and yet Jesus found the church to be spiritually dead. The power of the Holy Spirit had been replaced by adjusting to the community rather than walking in full surrender to Christ and His work on the cross. The same pitfall can happen to us personally.
