Pastor Tim is Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel Richmond and the primary teaching pastor of the weekly Sunday & Wednesday services. Pastor Tim came to Christ, along with His wife Sarah, in an altar call at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale in June 1995 and has been serving and growing in the Lord ever since. Pastor Tim has a passion for the Lord, for teaching the Word of God with depth and practicality, for encouraging growth in our relationship with Christ, and for seeing God raise up a diverse church family to fulfill the will of God in reaching
the local community and the world with the gospel.
Pastor Tim and his wife Sarah are blessed to have three daughters.

Trevor serves as the Associate Pastor at Calvary Chapel Richmond. He and his wife Dana met after high school during his service in the US Navy. Moving to Richmond, Virginia years later from his native California, he heard a Christmas message at CCR (his wife invited him) that ultimately lead to accepting Christ as Savior during a men's Bible study. Trevor loves serving the body of Christ and being used for the
glory of God. The Potter's are blessed with two children - a son & daughter.

Scott serves as an Elder and also Men's Ministry Leader. Scott, along with his wife Julie, gave their life to Christ near the end of their college years. After military service overseas and in Colorado Scott and Julie were introduced to a Calvary Chapel and the impact it had on their life led them to Calvary Richmond when they moved to the Richmond area. Scott loves working with the men and serving the Calvary Richmond body. Scott and Julie have one daughter and a dog.

Russ leads a weekly men's bible study and serves alongside the pastoral leadership as a Church Elder and helps with church planning, various ministry areas, and working with the Deacons. Dr. Russ gave his life to Christ during in his college years and began attending Calvary Chapel in Boston during his years in residency; it was during those he grew and began to be used in ministry. Dr. Russ and his wife Jackie have six children and
several pets, including a horse.
