Pastors and Church Leadership
Tim White, Senior Pastor and Elder – Pastor Tim is Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel Richmond and the primary teaching pastor of the weekly Sunday and Wednesday services. Pastor Tim came to Christ, along with His wife Sarah, in an altar call at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale in June 1995 and has been serving and growing in the Lord ever since. Pastor Tim has a passion for the Lord, for teaching the Word of God with depth and practicality, for encouraging growth in our relationship with Christ, and for seeing God raise up a diverse church family to fulfill the will of God in reaching the local community and the world with the gospel. Pastor Tim and his wife Sarah are blessed to have three daughters.

Randy Guerra, Assistant Pastor and Elder – Pastor Randy is the Assistant Pastor of Calvary Chapel of Richmond and in addition to overseeing the Men’s Ministry he is responsible for the church administration and helping to facilitate ministry coordination. Pastor Randy gave his life to Christ in 1980 and about ten years later began attending Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale where he began to grow and take new steps in faith. Pastor Randy has a love for the Word of God and also teaches from time to time throughout the year. He and his wife Michelle have two daughters, and three grandchildren.
Dr. Russ Earnest, Elder – Dr. Russ leads a weekly men’s bible study and serves alongside the pastoral leadership as a Church Elder and helps with church planning, various ministry areas, and working with the Deacons. Dr. Russ gave his life to Christ during in his college years and began attending Calvary Chapel in Boston during his years in residency; it was during those he grew and began to be used in ministry. Dr. Russ and his wife Jackie have six children and several pets, including a horse.
Scott Welch, Elder and Youth Leader – Scott Welch along with his wife Julie lead the Calvary Chapel Richmond Youth Ministry and Scott also serves as one of the four Elders within the church. Scott, along with his wife Julie, gave his life to Christ near the end of his college years. After military service overseas and in Colorado Scott and Julie were introduced to a Calvary Chapel and the impact it had on their life led them to Calvary Richmond when they moved to the Richmond area. Scott loves working with the teens and serving the Calvary Richmond body. Scott and Julie have one daughter and two dogs.
Calvary Chapel Deacons: Tiwan Nicholson, Trevor Potter, Randy Wakefield, Montell White – The Calvary Chapel Deacons assist the Church Elders in areas such as prayer, planning, administration, ministry coordination, building operations, and meeting the overall needs of the people within the church. These men, along with the Elders give of their time and abilities to serve Christ and those that call Calvary Chapel Richmond their church home.
